After 15 years in workers’ compensation litigation Janet Zamecki founded The Law Office of Janet A. Zamecki, P.C. in 2020 to provide a more personal approach to addressing clients’ litigation needs. With a background in the tech field and multiple fine arts degrees, her experience brings an innovative and personal approach to addressing workers’ compensation issues. In 2015, she was named A “Northern California Super Lawyers Rising Star, and she has lived up to that honor.
Ms. Zamecki isn’t only a litigator and negotiator; she provides guidance and instruction to clients and to the workers’ compensation litigation community. To ensure compliance with and understanding of the laws, she has spoken to numerous clients and employers as well as to fellow attorneys on a vast array of subjects.
